Birdland has four levels; The entry area features a large outdoor heated shower and cart barn which houses beach chairs, fishing tackle, golf cart and bicycles.

As you go to the next level and enter the house you will find three bedrooms and two full baths with a "tub for two" in the master suite. This level also includes a full size washer and dryer and separate zone A/C for this floor

The main floor is a beautifully decorated living area with a
large screened porch, fully equipped kitchen, bar, dining
table and half bath. Our home sleeps 8 comfortably - 3
bedrooms; (king, queen and 2 twin-size beds), a queen futon in the "sky lounge" and a queen pull-out sofa in the living-room. Satellite television, DVD player,  and a library of DVDs, books and games are included for your use. There are ceiling fans in every room and on the screened porch.
