North Captiva Island is only accessible by water taxi, private charter boat or private aircraft.
By Car: I-75 to Exit 136 (Colonial Blvd. / State Road 884) Follow Colonial Blvd. West 5 miles to the Mid-Point Memorial; Bridge (Toll $1.00), after crossing the river continue West to SW Pine Island Road, Turn Left (West) follow through Matlacha to the stop sign (Stringfellow Rd) Turn right on to Stringfellow Road and you'll be headed North about 3 miles. Turn left on Pineland Road and follow about 1 mile - The Pineland Marina will be on your left. Please register your car for parking and proceed to the end of the docks to unload your belongings.
By Boat : You begin at Pineland Marina on Pine Island.
From Southwest Regional Airport: Take a taxi or one of the shuttle services listed below to Pineland Marina.
